How much does it cost?
AI voice is $0.15 per minute and web chat is $0.05 per session. Live agents start at $300 per month including 500 minutes — about $0.60 per minute — or from $5.80 per hour for a dedicated agent working only your account. The minimum engagement is half a seat, not a five-seat block.
How fast can you start answering our phones?
Five days is our normal window to staff a live account — that is five days to find and place an agent who fits your business, not five days of software setup. AI voice can go live sooner because there is no hiring step.
Do you answer in Spanish?
Yes, on the same number, with agents in our Bolivia and Nicaragua operation centres — native Spanish, not machine translation. English and Spanish share one queue, and we cover 60+ more languages if you need them.
Can I mix AI and live agents on one number?
That is the normal setup. You decide which call types go to AI and which reach a person, and you can change the split as your volume changes. Nothing about that decision is locked in at signup.
Can AI actually book a pool service appointment?
Yes — scheduling, rescheduling, route and arrival-window questions, service-area checks and quoting your published rates are all structured tasks with a right answer. Those are the calls AI handles well. For many pool companies they make up a large share of everyday inbound volume, though the split depends on how much of your book is recurring maintenance versus repair work.
Is this an answering service or an AI receptionist?
Both words describe the same phone line here. An answering service for pool companies traditionally means a person picks up; an AI receptionist means software does. We run one queue that does either, call by call, so you do not have to pick a category before you pick a vendor.
Can you push bookings into Jobber, ServiceTitan or Skimmer?
Yes — we integrate with all three. A booking taken at 9pm on a Sunday is on the schedule before your first truck moves Monday morning, with the intake notes attached to the job. If you run something else, tell us what it is and we will tell you straight whether we connect to it today or whether it needs building.
What happens when a customer calls about a green pool?
That call goes to a person. Deciding whether an algae bloom needs a same-day visit or can wait until the next scheduled service is a judgment call about your truck, your route and your chemical stock. Getting it wrong costs you either a truck roll you eat or a customer who calls a competitor.
Can I use AI only during peak season?
That is the normal shape of a pool account. Per-minute AI and monthly minute bundles both scale down in January and up in April without you renegotiating anything, which is the main reason per-minute pricing suits a seasonal business better than a salaried front desk.
Do you charge per resolved issue?
We offer that model — from $1 per resolved issue, and you pay nothing if it is not resolved — but we do not recommend it for pool services. Pool calls are intake, not resolution: a booking is being captured and a truck is being scheduled, not a customer problem being solved on the phone. Per-minute and per-month are the honest units for this work.
