cleaning services

Book Every Cleaning Job, Day or Night

AI agents and cleaning-industry specialists handle booking requests, reschedules, and estimates in 65+ languages so you never lose a lead to a missed call.

The short version: AI voice is $0.15 a minute and live agents start at $300 a month for 500 minutes. AI handles quote enquiries, scheduling and access questions; a person handles complaints, cancellations and anything about damage. We integrate with Jobber and ServiceTitan.

the part nobody prices in

Nobody calls to cancel. They just stop replying.

A recurring cleaning contract does not end with a phone call. It ends with a client who asks to skip a week, then skips another, then stops answering the scheduling text — and by the time you notice the revenue is already gone.

That makes the reschedule request the most important call your business takes, and almost every operator treats it as admin. "Can you come Thursday instead?" is a retention moment disguised as a calendar change. Handled fast, the account continues. Left in a voicemail for two days, it becomes a skip.

It also explains why coverage matters more here than the quote line does. Your crews are on site with their hands full. At $0.15 a minute the entire reschedule volume costs less than one lost recurring client a year — and it is the same phone that catches the new-quote calls on the way past.

what it costs

Published rates, so you can do the arithmetic first.

Most vendors in this category quote by form. These are our published packages — not a quote, since language mix, hours and volume all move the number. The per-minute figures are simply the monthly price divided by the included minutes.

OptionPublished pricePer minuteWhat it's for
AI voice $0.15 per minute Quote enquiries, rates, service-area checks, "do you bring your own supplies"
Web chat $0.05 per session Website quote forms and chat while crews are on site
Live shared team from $300 / month includes 500 min → ≈ $0.60/min Reschedule and skip requests, which is where recurring revenue is won or lost
Live shared team from $650 / month includes 1,500 min → ≈ $0.43/min Move-out season and the weeks around holidays
Dedicated agent from $5.80 per hour, per agent Your rate card, your scope rules, one team that knows your recurring clients

Anything involving a person is a starting price. Two things move it: which languages you need, and how senior an agent the work actually requires — a bilingual agent handling refund authority is not the same hire as one taking bookings. AI voice and web chat are flat, because there is no hiring in them. And every model above is open to every business on this page: which one fits is a question about the shape of your volume, not about your industry.

Minimum engagement is half a seat — not a five-seat block. We also bill per resolved issue, from $1, where you pay nothing if it is not resolved; that model fits businesses where a customer problem actually gets solved on the call, not businesses where the call is intake.

who takes which call

Route by the cost of getting it wrong.

Most vendors sell you either an AI receptionist or a live answering service and leave the allocation to you. Since we run both, here is the split we would actually recommend — including the calls we think should never touch automation.

The callRoute toCost of getting it wrong
"How much for a three-bedroom deep clean?" AI A lost quote
"Do you cover my area? Do you bring supplies?" AI A lost lead
Booking a one-off or confirming access details AI A crew standing outside a locked door
"Can we skip this week?" Human A recurring account that quietly ends
"Something was broken" or "something is missing" Human A claim you need documented properly
A complaint about the clean or the crew Human The client, and a public review

setup

Five days to put the right person on it.

Five days is our normal window to staff a live account — that is five days to find and place an agent who fits your business, not five days of software setup. AI voice can go live sooner because there is no hiring step.

your existing software

It lands in the system you already run.

We integrate with Jobber, ServiceTitan and Skimmer, so a booking taken at 9pm on a Sunday is on the schedule before your first truck moves Monday morning, with the intake notes attached to the job. If you run something else, tell us what it is and we will tell you straight whether we connect to it today or whether it needs building.

what comes off the call

A quote you can price without a site visit.

Cleaning quotes go wrong on scope, and scope goes wrong on the questions nobody asked. These come back on every enquiry:

  • Property type and size — bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, number of floors
  • One-off, move-in/move-out, post-construction, or recurring, and at what frequency
  • Which rooms are in scope and which are explicitly excluded
  • Condition: normal upkeep, heavy build-up, post-renovation dust, or a hoarding situation
  • Pets, and whether anyone in the home has allergies or chemical sensitivities
  • Access — key, lockbox code, doorman, alarm code, whether anyone will be home
  • Parking, stairs, elevator booking for a building move-out
  • Special requests: interior windows, inside the fridge, inside the oven, laundry

It reaches you as a written summary and lands in Jobber or ServiceTitan as a job. A crew that knows about the three flights of stairs before they arrive prices the next one correctly.

where AI should not be

The calls we will not put a bot on.

A client asking to skip or pause

This is the call that decides whether an account survives. It needs someone who can offer an alternative day, adjust the frequency, or simply ask what changed — instead of silently processing a cancellation.

Damage or a missing item

A claim that something was broken or taken is serious for both sides. A person takes a careful, timestamped account of what happened and gets it to you the same day, without agreeing to anything.

Quality complaints

A client unhappy with a clean will either be recovered on that call or lost on it. Someone who can apologise, book a return visit and flag the crew to you does far more than a ticket in a queue.

Anything about crew conduct

Concerns about a cleaner's behaviour, timekeeping or someone in the home go straight to a person and straight to you. This is not a message to be summarised.

when we're the wrong choice

Three cases where you should hire someone else.

  • You want someone quoting firm prices on the phone. We collect the scope and apply your published rate card. Anything unusual — post-construction, heavy build-up, an unclear square footage — gets a range and a note that you will confirm. We are not going to commit you to a price on a house nobody has seen.
  • You need someone managing your crews. We take the call and get it to the right person with the full scope. We do not reassign crews, handle no-shows on your side, or run your daily board. That is a coordinator, and it is a hire.
  • You are a two-person team with a full book. If you are already at capacity and turning work away, coverage is not your bottleneck. Take the AI tier at $0.15 a minute so nothing goes unanswered, and put the rest of the money into a third pair of hands.

questions

What buyers ask before they sign.

How much does it cost?

AI voice is $0.15 per minute and web chat is $0.05 per session. Live agents start at $300 per month including 500 minutes — about $0.60 per minute — or from $5.80 per hour for a dedicated agent working only your account. The minimum engagement is half a seat, not a five-seat block.

How fast can you start answering our phones?

Five days is our normal window to staff a live account — that is five days to find and place an agent who fits your business, not five days of software setup. AI voice can go live sooner because there is no hiring step.

Do you answer in Spanish?

Yes, on the same number, with agents in our Bolivia and Nicaragua operation centres — native Spanish, not machine translation. English and Spanish share one queue, and we cover 60+ more languages if you need them.

Can I mix AI and live agents on one number?

That is the normal setup. You decide which call types go to AI and which reach a person, and you can change the split as your volume changes. Nothing about that decision is locked in at signup.

Can you quote from our rate card?

Yes — we apply your published rates to the scope we collect, and we say plainly when something needs your confirmation instead of guessing. Post-construction, heavy build-up and unusual square footage always get a range and a note, never a firm number.

Can you handle access details securely?

We collect lockbox codes, alarm codes and entry instructions and pass them into your system with the job. We do not keep a separate list of them, and we do not read them back to anyone who calls in claiming to be the client.
